Are our aftercare plans available to everyone?

Certainly, so long as your network has been installed and maintained by AAV, then our above plans are available to choose from.

Why do I need an aftercare plan? We can’t guarantee that your tech won’t ever let you down, but we can guarantee that we'll always be there to get things back on track. With some additional hardware installed, we are able to provide system maintenance, updates, support & repairs remotely (Available on premium & elite plans, on-site support is also available).
What if i'm not on a aftercare plan? If you opt for paying per incident or hourly, you won't get priority scheduling, extended hours or any other benefits that come with being on a plan. In fact, it's probable that you'll end up paying more than if you were on a plan.
Isn't my system reliable? In fact, more than ever - however there are constant hardware/software updates, not only on what we have installed, but on your mobile devices, TVs etc. We pride ourselves on keeping your systems as reliable as they can be.
What makes Automated Audio Visual different ? Almost every connected device, especially critical home automation and networking devices, they all rely on software updates.
